We only list on Airbnb—does this still make sense?
Yes. Many premium stays start there, then add direct booking to reduce fees and control the guest journey. We’ll meet you where you are and build toward independence.

What do you actually build?
A conversion-ready website that communicates your retreat’s essence, plus the connected layer behind it: PMS/booking, CRM, automated guest emails, on-site AI support, analytics, and internal automations.

What’s the Setup process after we sign?
Design (positioning, guest journey, roadmap, UX/UI) → 2) Build (site & integrations) → 3) Automate (email flows, AI, internal alerts) → 4) Grow (CRO, SEO health, analytics, ongoing care).

How do we track progress and communicate?
You’ll get a Client Hub (Notion or similar) with the roadmap, milestones, task status, dates, docs, and approvals—so you can see what’s done, what’s next, and what’s blocked. We keep a lightweight project board and share staged releases.

Day-to-day comms run via Slack/email. Response times follow the SLA in your plan (typically 1–3 business days, faster on production incidents).

What results should we expect—and how are they measured?
Faster answers, fewer manual tasks, smoother ops, and higher on-site conversion. We implement GA4 events/funnels and a live dashboard to track direct bookings, usage, and automation impact.

Who owns the site and data? Is there lock-in?
You do. You’ll receive full admin access, video walkthroughs, and written runbooks—no lock-in.

If you’re on a Retainer and cancel, you keep your site, data, and integrations; we hand off cleanly.

How do payments work? Is there any guarantee?
Invoices in USD by bank transfer or card. Standard schedule is split across kickoff, mid-project, and launch. You have 7-day money-back guarantee from the first payment on both Setup and Retainer. If we’re not a fit, we part as friends.

What do you need from us to keep things moving?
Timely access to PMS/hosting, brand assets (logo, photos, etc.), policies/house rules, and a single empowered decision-maker. That’s how we hit timelines.

What’s included in the Retainer — do I have to sign it, and can we cancel?
The Retainer is optional, but highly recommended for ongoing performance and growth.

All projects start with a Setup, which builds your full digital system — website, CRM, automations, analytics, and AI foundations.

If you choose an annual Retainer, your Setup is included at no extra cost. You can also purchase the Setup as a standalone project.

Each Retainer (Essential, Professional, or Premium) covers a different level of care — from security and maintenance to growth sprints, automation updates, and data insights.You can cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice. In case of early termination before 12 months, the previously waived Setup fee or the remaining Retainer balance (whichever is lower) will apply.
