Day-to-day comms run via Slack/email. Response times follow the SLA in your plan (typically 1–3 business days, faster on production incidents).
If you’re on a Retainer and cancel, you keep your site, data, and integrations; we hand off cleanly.
All projects start with a Setup, which builds your full digital system — website, CRM, automations, analytics, and AI foundations.
If you choose an annual Retainer, your Setup is included at no extra cost. You can also purchase the Setup as a standalone project.
Each Retainer (Essential, Professional, or Premium) covers a different level of care — from security and maintenance to growth sprints, automation updates, and data insights.You can cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice. In case of early termination before 12 months, the previously waived Setup fee or the remaining Retainer balance (whichever is lower) will apply.
