- Prospects/clients who contact us, request a proposal, or engage our services.
- Users who interact with embedded forms, chat widgets, or email/SMS flows we operate on behalf of clients (to the extent Nuxera acts as a service provider/processor).
If you access third-party sites (e.g., PMS/CRM vendors, payment processors), their privacy policies govern your use there.

If we implement systems for a client, we may process guest data strictly under that client’s instructions and contract.

- To perform contracted services: website builds, integrations (PMS/CRM), automations, analytics, content, and AI assistants.
- To send service updates or marketing (you can opt out anytime).

Email/SMS marketing compliance
- Commercial emails honor unsubscribe/opt-out and include sender info as required by CAN-SPAM.
- Marketing texts require consent and honor STOP/HELP commands under TCPA/FCC rules.

We apply human oversight, testing, and ongoing tuning to reduce errors. You may:

13. Acting as a processor for clients
When Nuxera configures or operates systems on behalf of a client (e.g., website forms, CRM, guest messaging), we act as a data processor under that client’s instructions.
Clients are responsible for providing privacy notices and obtaining end-user consents on their own sites.
14. Third-party services we commonly use
We use the following service categories and tools:

15. Do Not Track Signals
Some browsers send “Do Not Track” signals.
We do not currently respond to these signals, as there is no universal standard.
