This Privacy Policy describes how Nuxera Studio LLC (“Nuxera”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects your personal data through our website, services, and interactions.

1. Scope & audience

This policy applies to:

  • Visitors to nuxerastudio.com and associated pages.
  • Prospects/clients who contact us, request a proposal, or engage our services.
  • Users who interact with embedded forms, chat widgets, or email/SMS flows we operate on behalf of clients (to the extent Nuxera acts as a service provider/processor).

If you access third-party sites (e.g., PMS/CRM vendors, payment processors), their privacy policies govern your use there.

2. What we collect

Data you provide directly:

  • Contact details (name, email, phone), company info, project details and requirements.
  • Content you submit via forms, chat, or email (including attachments).
  • Billing details when relevant (processed via third-party providers).

Data collected automatically:

  • Cookies or similar technologies for analytics, performance, and (if applicable) consent preferences.

Data from third parties:

  • Limited business/contact info from CRM, calendaring, or proposal tools you authorize.

If we implement systems for a client, we may process guest data strictly under that client’s instructions and contract.

3. How we use data

  • To operate and improve our website, respond to inquiries, and deliver proposals.
  • To perform contracted services: website builds, integrations (PMS/CRM), automations, analytics, content, and AI assistants.
  • To send service updates or marketing (you can opt out anytime).
  • To maintain security, debug, and comply with legal obligations.

Email/SMS marketing compliance

  • Commercial emails honor unsubscribe/opt-out and include sender info as required by CAN-SPAM.
  • Marketing texts require consent and honor STOP/HELP commands under TCPA/FCC rules.

4. Cookies & analytics

We use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4), which include privacy features like IP anonymization and regional data controls.

5. AI features (chat, email assistance & automations)

When you use our AI chat or when we deploy AI to draft responses/summaries, your inputs (and relevant knowledge base content) may be sent to external providers for processing.

We configure providers to:

  • Disable training from your data
  • Apply retention limits when available

We apply human oversight, testing, and ongoing tuning to reduce errors. You may:

  • Request human follow-up
  • Disable AI features in your project

8. Children’s data

Our site and services are not intended for children under 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

If you believe a child has submitted data, contact us to request deletion.

9. How we share data

  • Service providers/processors (hosting, analytics, CRM/email platforms, AI/chat vendors, payment processors, subcontractors) under strict confidentiality agreements.

  • AI features: ask for human review, corrections, or disablement in your project.

13. Acting as a processor for clients

When Nuxera configures or operates systems on behalf of a client (e.g., website forms, CRM, guest messaging), we act as a data processor under that client’s instructions.

Clients are responsible for providing privacy notices and obtaining end-user consents on their own sites.

14. Third-party services we commonly use

We use the following service categories and tools:

  • Hosting/CDN (e.g., Webflow)
  • Analytics (e.g., Google Analytics 4)
  • CRM/Email marketing (e.g., MailerLite, Hubspot, ActiveCampaign)
  • Payment processors (e.g., Stripe)
  • PMS/channel managers (e.g., Lodgify, Hostaway)
  • AI/chat vendors (e.g., OpenAI, via secure settings)

Their own privacy policies govern your use of their services.

15. Do Not Track Signals

Some browsers send “Do Not Track” signals.

We do not currently respond to these signals, as there is no universal standard.

We may update this policy if this changes.
