Core Values

Design with Depth

A digital system should be as thoughtful as the space it represents. Everything — from the website to bookings, automations, and communications — is built together with intention, ensuring both visual and functional coherence. This depth of integration allows each element to feel natural, intuitive, and deeply aligned with the experience your brand is meant to deliver.

Built for Freedom

Freedom comes from simplicity. Systems that automate and organize your daily operations free up your time, reduce stress, and give you the space to focus on what truly matters. Whether you’re managing your retreat remotely or looking to be more present on-site, the structure is designed to support autonomy — and retainers can extend that freedom even further.

Technology with Purpose

Every tool is selected with one question in mind: will this make things easier? From CRM to bookings to automation, everything is designed to reduce manual tasks, avoid unnecessary complexity, and run smoothly without extra effort. It’s not about tech for tech’s sake — it’s about building a system that works quietly in the background so you can lead with clarity and ease.

How It All Came Together

Over the past decade, I’ve worked at the intersection of design, strategy, and systems. I started out designing interfaces, learning how to translate complexity into clarity. Over time, my role expanded: I led branding, UX strategy, and digital operations for law firms, fintech startups, and immigrant-facing services. I’ve worked across every touchpoint — from content and SEO to automation and front-end implementation.

My journey began in Cuba, where I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communications Design. I started my professional path working for three years as a UX/UI designer at a web development agency, collaborating on a wide variety of projects and gaining real-world experience early on.

In 2021, I made the decision to leave my country and move to Spain, where I completed a Master’s in UX Design, Web Development, and Digital Marketing. That move wasn’t just about growing professionally — it was about building a new life with intention and courage.

During my first two years in Spain, I completed my master’s program and immersed myself in the field, working intensively with businesses in the fintech and legal sectors. The fast-paced environment gave me a deep understanding of the digital needs companies face and set the foundation for what came next.

In 2023, after experiencing the complexities of immigration firsthand, I co-founded a legal tech startup aimed at supporting immigrants and asylum seekers. I wasn’t just solving someone else’s problem — I knew the pain points personally. At LegalES, I led the entire digital strategy: designing the platform, creating self-service tools, optimizing user flows, and managing the marketing systems from the inside out. That project showed me how much clarity, functionality, and care a well-built system can hold — and how powerful it can be when aligned with a real human need. This experience deepened my passion for building, optimizing, and growing a business through thoughtful digital systems.

Then, in 2024, I relocated to the U.S. — a move that brought different kinds of challenges. After completing the legal and logistical steps of migration, I gradually stepped down from my previous business, LegalES, and took a planned career break to realign with my passion and prepare for a new professional chapter. Without the pressure to produce, I found space to reflect on what I truly wanted to create — and why. That internal reset gave birth to a new clarity — one that led me to complete a postgraduate program in UX for Data-Driven Business Applications at UT Austin and ultimately plant the seeds of what would become Nuxera.

In that process, I began to recognize the quiet power of environments that offer stillness, simplicity, and clarity — the kind of spaces where we can pause, reconnect, and realign with our purpose. It made me think of the hosts and spaces I now work with: people creating sanctuaries for others to rest, reset, and reconnect with what matters most. I realized I wanted to help them by building digital ecosystems that reflect and support that same intention.

Nuxera is the product of that transformation — and that empathy.

Every project I’ve led has responded to something real — a lived challenge, a felt need — with the same focus: purpose with structure, clarity with strategy, and emotion with functionality.

Now, Nuxera brings that same intentionality to a new chapter. It’s a studio in its early stages, welcoming its first clients, but grounded in everything I’ve learned.

Rooted in UX and strategy, Nuxera helps hosts build websites that communicate their values, reduce friction, and resonate with their guests — while integrating systems that streamline operations, minimize repetitive tasks, and support both the experience they want to offer and the life they want to lead.
Mission
Nuxera exists to bring peace, clarity, and freedom — to both guests and hosts

By creating websites that reflect the essence of each space and integrating systems that run smoothly in the background, Nuxera helps retreat owners build environments where people can slow down, think freely, and reconnect with what truly matters — without being overwhelmed by logistics. This is not just about functionality. It’s about giving hosts the same gift they offer others: less stress, more time, and a business that grows with intention.
